1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Serenity Haven Spa website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Serenity Haven Spa provides massage, wellness, and relaxation treatments at our location in Da Nang, Vietnam. Treatment descriptions on the website are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. Our services are designed for relaxation and general well-being only.

3. Booking & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking in advance. When you book online, by phone, or in person, you agree to provide accurate contact information.

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for preparation.
• Late arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time at full price.
• Health conditions: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Some treatments may be unsuitable for certain conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price. No-shows may be charged the full treatment price.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept cash and major card payments at the spa.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or payment.

7. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully, aggressively, or inappropriately. Clients must follow spa safety rules and therapist instructions to ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity Haven Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the treatment or service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Serenity Haven Spa. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
